Hi, I'm Laura Hill, founder and owner of Stauntonvale Gundogs, and author of Advanced Retriever Training.  

What started as a hobby, has quickly become a passion and a way of life.  As well as being a retriever trainer, I have been a regular member of the England Gundog Team, competing in retriever field trials and working tests, as well as picking up during the season. 

I am a field trial panel judge, and have judged and trained throughout UK and Europe.  I have qualified for the IGL Retriever Championships numerous times, and, to date, have made up six Field Trial Champions (four of which are home-bred).
